Cultured Experiences Through Travel For Kids !
The Importance of Teaching Your Child Culture
“ Beneath The Floor of West - Minster Abbey “As an parent teacher for my child’s class ,twice a week ,it almost has never been a day ,
that I didn’t learn something, But there was a day that I never will forget,
This was the day that their teacher was teaching the class about West Minster Abbey.
As She stood up in front of the class , and said” Kids, today were going to be talking about,
West - Minster Abbey, Have anyone here ever heard of it? There was a silence in the entire class,
Then , My little 6 year old girl, raised her hand up to answer that question.
And I was both proud and eager to hear her response.
So , Destiny, Have you heard of it? The teacher asked , in an surprising voice, Yes, said destiny , who went on to say “ It’s an Famous Gothic Church of St. Peter, in Westminster, London. I went there with my grandparents a few years ago. And learned that there’s people there, beneath the floor of Westminster Abbey. I was floored to know that she knew that, She knew things about a place that I had never even knew about , She had remembered all of that from visiting her grandparents over 3 yrs. Ago?
Wow, That’s when I realized “ The Importance “ of “ Teaching a Child Culture Through Travel “Discovery is one of the most important things in a child’s life, As an parent, Our jobs are not to corrupt
Their little sponge - like minds, but to provide them with an gate to discovery, after all we can’t walk beside them forever ,what we can do is, make sure that their walk in life, is Full of Culture,
Empower the Children Today
So that they can intern empower the Children of Tomorrow ? .
What better way of teaching a child about culture than travel
The internet has an way of opening the door, but ,
nothing compares to seeing thing live with your own eyes.
As was the case of my child ! The sponge brains of a child is always working.
It wasn’t until that day! That I really knew just how important it was to teach a child through travel.
So I asked myself is this affordable ? Then asked myself, Can I afford not too? It was then that I began to think of ways, to get it done, Then it hit me! I could really take advantage
And make use of my timeshare that I was already paid for, So Why, Not?
